Tatsu Ramen

We saw good reviews of this Tatsu Ramen restaurant on yelp and therefore we decided to come here to try. My wife whispered into my ear that the broth is a bit salty and I had to agree with her... After our kids finished their Old Skool, Cheeky and Bold 🍜, they immediately told us that it’s a little too salty for them. I’m not sure if it’s just this late evening that the broth is salty or what because this was the first time we came to this place. Our kids eat a lot of sushi and ramen anywhere and anytime they go out for lunch or dinner so I trust feedbacks.

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this delicious restaurant. happy to tell that we passed a magnificent evening and the place was unquestionably the reason for this strong evening. The crew collaborated in a splendid style, the meals were tasty and my guests were extremely thrilled. We shall definitely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

One of the best tasting ramen I can find around US. Given my love for ramen and have already tried out so many all over Japan, I have to give the quality of food a 6 star rating. Service is excellent from the US perspective but still a notch or two from Japanese waiters in Japan. While the restaurant space is limited, it is very similar to a Japanese noodle stall in Japan. What is different is the ordering process, it unique as you order it from an iPad outside the restaurant. In Japan... You order and pay it at a vending machine outside the restaurant. Similar concept and very innovative. Be ready for a long queue and waiting time. Topical of good ramen shops in Japan too!!!👍🏻

The place had it's harsh times but overall is really good. Everytime I go visit my grandma j pass by here before heading on my two hour drive!!! It's always pack so go there with at least one hour wait time

I made an order for pick up at 12:00PM. At first, they claimed the order did not go in, but another employee (unaware of the situation ) pulled the report for me and showed that it was received.The order was not prepared until 12:35PM. Multiple customers came in, had their food and left before I received my order. The host didn’t even check in with me to explain the situation. The ramen is ok, you can definitely find better quality in LA.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work nearby. I love how their service is always great and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Rates are fair and they serve large portions.

First time eating here and it was a great experience. I ordered the bold ramen with extra noodles on the side. Sometimes I feel that ramen places don't give you enough noodles but I was surprised that the portion was good and I really didn't need to order extra noodles. The broth tasted great! I also ordered the pork rice as a side and it was really yummy!

Good ramen overall. A bit on the salty side but the broth was very rich and flavourful.Seeing how long the line up plus amount of pickup orders should indicate how good it is.

This is unquestionably one of the coolest restaurants in the region. Whenever I visit this place I am extremely pleased. They hold their very high standard service and the highest level of meals they provide. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Had heard about Noodle Theory through friends & was well worth it. Specifically looking for good food with cocktails & loved the various noodle dishes we got. Nice atmosphere and friendly team.Tatsu Ramen

Ramen broth had good amount of pork bone flavours, ramen on whole was quite good and was very tasty . Service and staff quite nice and friendly too . I recommend going to this place and trying out their signature ramen .

Ramen is fantastic. This place is kind of a mess when it comes to ordering and seating. It's a perfect example of technology overcomplicating a simple process.

Best ramen in town for non-explorative options of Ramen. If you have a friend that hasn't tried Ramen before, take them here. Prices fair as well.

Portions are a bit large, but this stuff is awesome. For a novice it was tough to figure out what to order, but we managed. This place isn't big, but the food certainly makes up for the cozy quarters.

Excellent food. Staff is very kind and explained the options. It’s awesome to see them working behind the bar.

One of the better considerations if you enjoy some quality Ramen Noodles. Located in the Los Angeles Little Tokyo district (Sawtelle between Olympic and Ohio). Many Japanese inspired restaurants in this area (but Tatsu is an excellent choice)

The food from this restaurant was wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing! We will definitely come back and recommend them to all of m friends!

My husband and I each ordered ramen with pork. It was fantastic! Great flavors and portions. We also ordered pork buns which were yummy as well. Ate everything so fast we forgot to take pictures of our food for this review. Highly recommend!

Loved the creamy chicken Ramen, the best I have had in LA. There is always a wait but well worth the effort. The servers are outstanding, polite and helpful, am outstanding dinner outing

I meet friends in this restaurant quite often! This is my favorite place to to have a good dinner. I visit this place routinely. The food is of high quality, the crew is polite and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy meeting in this place to have a rich supper.

We like a lot hanging out. Last night we found this excellent place which friends told us about. We had a delightful evening there with fine dishes and an experienced stuff and a professional chief cook. We put this place in our list and we will certainly come back very soon. We deeply recommend.

Hands down the best ramen in town! It’s scrumptious . Just remember to order with time for take out so you don’t have to wait!

I was told 20 minutes till my food was ready 3 times in a row. The food is good but the service is Abysmal.Ordered it again online and they forgot my broth with the ramen. The pick up experience twice in a row was very poor.

Nothing beats Tatsu Ramen!!!! This was the first place I’ve ever tried ramen at, and was the best first impression. The ramen broth was simply amazing and savory, and the chicken meat was tender and cooked perfectly. The noodles were literally the best part of the ramen, the freshest tasting noodles I’ve ever had which I should’ve guessed since they make the noodles fresh and in house daily🍜

Really disappointed in their customer service. After waiting for more than an hour for 3 ramens to be delivered, the restaurant only delivered 2. We called and spoke to the manager who told us it was a mistake made on their end. They did not offer to deliver the missing ramen which was dinner for my child. The didn't even offer a refund for the dinner but for the ramen that was not delivered. This was their compensation. Really disappointed. They have lost a long time customer.

Good ramen, but horrible management. The lack of effective management is pervasive. From having wait times that are off by an hour and cause crowds to gather (illegally) in front of the store, to canceling an order 20 minutes before delivery even though it was ordered three hours in advance.And when the restaurant opens again for dine-in, just try walking to the bathroom. The grease coating the floor is not only dangerous but disgusting.

From everything Ives heard, this place was over rated. This doesn’t mean it wasn’t good, but it didn’t have much flavor, the pork was belly fatty and it took a long time to get the food after we were seated. Otherwise it was a good experience with friendly staff.

Decent ramen. Sometimes you have to wait for access to the kiosk but once you get seated they take care of you. Nice young staff. Extras on the table like fresh garlic, seaweed to add to your noodle is really cool.

This spot never disappoints. They have awesome dishes for fair rates, there no long wait even when the place is busy.
